Green is just on surface and can be washed away with bleach or pressure washer. Low concern.Quote:

The bottom logs are very close to dirt, check them carefully for rot.
Also worries me, all the spray foam...

The house is not that old. Built in mid-80s I think. I dont think it's ever been stained.
