That be great to have while building. After I was done I'de put a wood burner in it and trailer that thing onto the ice for some fishing. :)

Thanks for that site. I just spent a half hour finding things I never knew I needed! Actually, the little manufactured homes would be great. All are in the $3-5K range. A couple trailers are on there for about $800. That's definitely all you would 'need'. I suppose if you make your temp housing too comfortable, there's less motivation to work on the house! I think they are all at a big lot in Baton Rouge, if anybody is close or interested. OR....you could go big and get a former over the horizon radar site located in Moscow, Maine. 1,425 acres, three warehouses plus other buildings, looks like about 1/3 of it is wooded. Big fence all around. Bid right now is $100,000. Let's see, that's $70 an acre plus hundreds of thousands worth of buildings, fencing and leftover equipment.

THAT would build a house -- but as Stressman said about hand nailing chinking nails......
