Hi,

Been lurking for a little while and reading up on the site. Have convinced my husband to do the course sometime next year or the year following depending on our land purchasing plans.

Just saying hello and wondering if there are any other lurkers out there from Australia?

I'd say you have a few cheap acres down there someplace to build - lol.

Unfortunately we live in Sydney... which means prices are astronomical! (Anywhwere around Sydney too!)

Ah well... for the time being this is where we are... we went looking today at some land... and it's a very steep block... so back to the drawing board.
