I am looking for people who would be willing to donate labor for the construction of a small log home. I am completely disabled and use a chair or I would do the work myself. I own the land, and there is already complete and working septic, electric and water on site.
The land is completely cleared and open, with a very large blacktop driveway area (about 30'x50'), directly in front of the building site. There is a privately owned 12 ton backhoe on site.
Currently living in a modest single mobile to the side of building site.
Have about $10k - 12k cash ready to buy materials. Would like to get a modest small home at least walls up and under roof. Can complete interior at later time as money becomes available.
Would this be a project anyone would be interested in helping out with? If not do you know anyone who might be interested in donating time and skill?
