Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend or has used a mechanical ventilation system in their log home?
Here is vermont they require all new construction to be engery efficent and a part of that is having a mechanical ventilation system.
As an owner builder you can bypass this requirement, but as I start to plan I would want to look at a mechanical ventialtion system as an option in case I want to ever sell the property.
