Hello,I am brand new to the site.I am probably still pretty far out from being able to attend class.I have a dream/goal of building a summer and cabin in Ontario Canada that will one day be full time residence.I am wondering if there are others out there that would be intersted in forming a partnership/corperation to buy 40 or more acres on a lake or river and build one cabin to start and maybe more.Sharing cost of Land,Use of land and labor.I have a more of a long term outlook.As in only being able to make it up there 2 weeks a year for awhile.So project will take a few years to complete.WIth 40 or more acres with timber there will be plenty of logs to build several cabins,And enough room for privacy, but we will just start with one and go from there.Anyone else thinking like this or has anyone out there already done this.?I would like to know.For now I will just keep daydreaming,Planning,and researching.Thanks for any input.
