I would like to build my cabin with all hand tools. I see those big hand saws the pioneers use. can you still buy those? any good sites? or places? thanks

Yes. Ebay. Always plenty on there. Search "crosscut saw"

check some local antique stores. i've found a few nice draw knives in some. craigslist is a good place to look too.
