I just wanted to take a moment and thank Ellsworth and Steve for an AWESOME class this past weekend!
I enjoyed every minute of it and have learned SO much, my head is still spinning. :) This coming from someone
who truly knew nothing about building anything!
You are truly a gift to all of us and I have the greatest respect for both of you.
Thank you,
Shanara

Thank you Ellsworth and Steve for a wonderful class, and passing on your expertise and knowledge. I feel this class was truly invaluable to many of us. The Wallace Falls Lodge is a beautiful place to have the class and the food was superb. And , so excited to have access to the members forum too. Anyway, just wanted to proudly display my new badge. hehe.
Thanks, Joy

Hi All,

My brother and I went to the first class in December. The Monday after class, we decided to go hiking. We had no idea where exactly to go, and wound up hiking to the top of the mountain at Stephen's Pass. It was fun and probably a little crazy.

The pictures are fairly poor quality (they all came off my phone), but I thought I'd share them for any who are interested. So if you're hedging as to whether or not to come to class, don't forget to put "fun things to do after class" in your "pro" column :-)

It looks like photobucket has reversed the order of the pictures. The order they were taken is last one first. On they're slideshow page, though, they let you reverse the order to get them in the proper order.

Nice idea, looks too cold for me.

Here's the link to my Washington trip photos (http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v328/titantornado/Washington/) from back in Apr. '05 with an equally crappy automatic camera. :-) From around and East of Monroe, and my hike up to Wallace Falls.

Hi Josh,
You guys did much better than I did! I went up as far as the ski lodge on Dec. 15th and it was blowing so hard, I could barely see anything! Needless to say, I unfortunately didn't get any pics. The drive up there was amazing!! Awesome country, I felt like the mountains were just sitting on top of me, if that makes any sense.

Rod,
Your pics at Wallace Falls are beautiful! I would like to get back out there in the fall and take a hike up to the falls. It looks amazing there. What a country we live in!
