Is there anyone in the NY Catskill area willing to make money and help (or do most) of building one of these BP Log Homes

I am seriously considering this type of construction, but not sure I have the time to do some of the work and would be willing to pay someone who's done it before (and did a good job ;-) )and sub out a lot of the stuff when needed.

I actually kind of like the rustic build that I see here and might not want to go to a "traditional" kit built house. I have seen some "handcrafted" dry-in kits but these BP type Log Homes might appeal to me, but I am almost SURE I will not have the real time to build most myself....Soooo that means a good job for someone

I have a few things going for me:
1) I already own the property (5 acres. Road, Electric to site -- I just need to get someone to excavate & build my foundation)
2) I have time to build - I already own a home within 1 hour drive and do not have any rush to get it up to live in it - but I would like to have it Dry-In built within 2 years (Building Permit is good for two years).
3) I plan on have a large Pole Barn built on site to store whatever I need for build
4) I have cash on hand (and could probably afford the "handcrafted" kit outright, but would rather go slow - build my own and save some money for other things)

Any one know anyone??
