Overseas Log Home Class

I've heard that occassionally Skip holds a class in the Philipines. I'm in the military and on my way to Japan for three years and would be much closer to PI than Washington. Does anyone have any info on this class or has anyone ever attended it?

I was under the impression that Skip is 100% retired. Perhaps Ellsworth can confirm this?
