Hi I am new to this forum, well I have been lurking here for a while. I just signed up for the June 16th class and I am super excited. My friend has done this class last year and he loved it. My wife and I are looking at property right now, and we will be building our own dream house (log house) within the next 2 to 5 years......

We are looking in the carnation, WA area, but we are willing to go out to Hobart, Issaquah, North Bend, Denny Creek that area. Basicly eastside of Western Washington.....
Anybody got any land for sale???? about 2 to 5 acres? at $10K per acre max.

I could be wrong but I don't know if any land anywhere in western Washington can be had in that price range. I used www.nwrealestate.com when looking for land around Sequim, then met a fantastic realtor who led me to my slice of heaven. Just for an idea, go to this site and look around, and if you need a realtor that really listens to you and no pressure to buy, PM me and I'll send you her contact info. She specializes in Clallam County, and has horses so she deals with lots of land sales.

Happy Hunting!!

If you find any, let me know if they have any more for sale. I'd love to stay here in North Bend. The "retail" prices are just insane though. I guess it all comes down to finding an unpublished deal.

I did a quick search.
http://www.windermere.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=listing.searchPropertyMapv2

and found four properties 1-5 acres and less than 50K...
So its possible...
do your own search - I put in North Bend, Wa. max price and 1-5 acres... You may want to put in 5-10 if that is better...
Good luck
Dave

Thanks that was cool.
The problem with alot of the nicer and cheaper properties is that they are for recreational use only. You can therefore not build a permanent structure on them.

We will keep looking......
