Small Thumbnail

Can anyone tell me how to make an image smaller and get it uploaded. I have tried everything that I can figure out and it will not up load. Even tried to use a URL from a photo bucket. It is just not working????

You need to decrease the resolution or the printable size of the image to reduce the physical byte size, or the viewable size, respectively. What software do you have?

I have Digivital, and PS2, as well as Paint.

Yea, the thumbnail is limited to 9KB and 100 x 100 pixles, and MUST be uploaded from a URL.

If you send me the picture, I can process it with my program to meet those requirements, and get it back to you pronto. I use Ulead PhotoImpact, basically a Photoshop clone, which allows for both simple resizing, and/or file size alteration through quality settings.
