Cool free design software

Hi everyone,

I have been searching these forums for a while now, and am going to build a log cabin in 2 years (completely off grid). I recently found out about a really cool and user friendly program that google came out with called Sketch Up. I designed my cabin on it, and just thought you guys and gals might want to check it out. The site is sketchup.com and you can download the smaller version for free. Thanks alot and happy building! Yup, it's been discussed pretty well here, but in the member's section. There have been pretty good results using this program.

This is very easy to use software. I did this 3d model in about 3 hours. You will want to download and watch the 3 small tutorials. They are well worth it.
