Forum Profile Question

Sorry, didn't see anywhere else to ask this, so.....

I was trying to upload my avatar into my profile, but it keeps getting rejected. (Can't be that ugly!) It fits all of the size and pixel requirements and is saved as a .jpg file. But I keep getting an error message that says, "The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png".

Any suggestions?

Yea. You can't upload pictures directly from your computer. It's a permanent glitch. They must be uploaded to a web server first. (like www.photobuket.com ) Then they can be added to your profile.

Also make sure your picture file meets the size limits.

Rod, Thanks. Tried that but I'm still getting the same message that it must be a .jpg. It is! I hate computers.

Ok... It helps if you put the link to the URL and not the IMG. :::sigh:::
