Condition of these logs?

Hello I'm looking at this property I'm wondering the condition of these logs. There is a green discoloration that is also concerning. Can anyone help?

Thanks!Green is just on surface and can be washed away with bleach or pressure washer. Low concern.

With age of property and smaller overhangs chances are there is some rot somewhere. Although from pictures logs look old but ok.

Is that only building on property?

The bottom logs are very close to dirt, check them carefully for rot.

Also worries me, all the spray foam...

The house is not that old. Built in mid-80s I think. I dont think it's ever been stained.
