Im looking for someone in Missouri near St. Louis who is interested in a two story log cabin which was preserved by siding. On the same property is a two story barn. Both need to be removed because I am developing the property into a subdivision. Need to be removed with 5 months. Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you're asking for. Are you looking for a client/contractor to do this for you? Are you trying to maximize profit, and looking for advice on how to dismantle yourself?

It's true. But I always manage to put myself back together again too.

I'd use craigslist or whatever classified ads website is popular near you. If you give it away it should go quick but you might be able to get some money for it. Either way, I'd make whoever takes it sign a contract so they don't just take what they want and leave the rest behind and also to not hold you liable for anything.

Hi Landguy! We are located in St Louis and dismantle and preserve log homes and barns. Has anyone taken on this project yet? Would be interested in speaking further!
