I just watched the pilot of Northern Exposure again after 20 years and kept replaying the part of the house. How does it look today? I would love to be able to see it in person some day.

I never watched that before. Just did now. Wow! It looked exactly the same as it did when I was there in 2005, both inside and out. Kind of wished I had seen the show before attending the class at his house, but this made for a pretty good consolation prize.

Hopefully some day I'll be able to see it in person . I think you get to see it several times on the show so I'll be watching for it .

Being from Washington, I fell in love with this show when it was on, and was heart-broken when it was cancelled. I still feel like it was the best TV drama ever. I even used some Christmas money a few years ago to treat myself to a full set of the DVD's :) We even made a trip to Roslyn, WA (the real town that "played" Cicely").
Maybe sometime this winter we should start a Northern Exposure watching party...
