Ok quick question. Does the class go over replacing logs on an existing house? We live in a log house in southwest missouri, it was built in the late 70's. At some point someone has put a coat of latex paint on it and it's caused a lot of rot. We got an estimate of 35k from a log home restoration company to replace 450 linear ft. Any info would help. Thank you

Let's see some pictures from the show me state. Replacing logs is not something covered in class because building with LHBA methods, rot should never happen. For $35K you might consider taking the class and starting a log home from scratch, just my .02

For 35k I could build one. I own a logging and sawmill business so I've got access to logs, just need the land to build on and the know how from the class, which I will attend. I'll get some pics posted

Yes. establish an account at photobucket or some other file sharing web site. Up load the photos, which should be very easy.
Then copy the image. then go to this web site and copy the image. then the following charters are required without the quotes " .... the copied address then ".
It sounds compiled but the second time it get very easy.

No direct upload available to keep LHBA's service provider's servers from being jammed up with tons of photography bytes.
