Hello all. Thought is drop in for a spell. After much deliberation and research I decided to make an account. You see I am very skeptical of almost everything I read on the internet especially those things in which I must exchange money for something intangible. The first thing that struck me that this was in fact a legitimate group of good folks was when I picked up the phone and called the contact number for LHBA. I must apologize I am horrible with names and even more so this day as I had been up for around 20 hours and had an ill family member in the hospital. What was remarkable was that the phone was answered in the first few rings or that the gentleman was polite a courteous. What was remarkable was that I had somehow lost track of my days and the day I called was in fact Christmas eve. Not only did he answer and was polite but he stayed on the line and answered all of my questions about LHBA, or at least the ones he could without me taking the class yet. To this man thank you for for your kindness on a day that you had no idea that I needed it most. The other thing that struck me were the reviews I found throughout the web. Only "bad" reviews I could find were saying save my money go with a kit builder or buy some tool to cut dovetail logs. Not interested. So here I am to see what else I can learn about the good people here and maybe one day take the class, but for now lets begin with hello.

Hello back atcha. Yup, the system works just like you read it here. Works best if you don't irritate the crew.

The people here drew me in, too. Welcome. Read lots of posts and consider taking the class to learn how to build this way. There's a lot of good information on the site.
