Merry Christmas and Happy coming New Year to everybody!

Rockinlog, after I attended the class, I spent about 2 weeks in thoroughly recalling and unfolding EVERYTHING (any comment that was given to any subject covered). I took my notes at the time of the class, but after the class, I did extra effort in methodically writing down (in comprehensive language) and recollecting just everything. It's easy to forget, all the details, but once you write them down, you'll get absolutely valuable information at your disposal that will help making your decisions in the future... At least, I feel great that I didn't miss anything. We don't have construction or builder's background, so for us building an LHBA house is a task comparable with puzzling a LHN with writing a Google application or MS Office spellchecker :).

I'll have you know my penmanship is excellent! I could easily write either one of them things, whatever they are.

I am highly insulted and wish you all a peaceful and glorious Christmas season and approaching New Year.

Rockinlog... I promise, you can have my computer for at least, 5 minutes, every other day! :) I wouldn't let you go "cold turkey". Looking forward to one of my Christmas presents of attending the class, as well. Happy Holidays to LHBAers !

Sorry, it was my way of expressing our endorsement for your exceptional craftsmanship! Was trying to say there used to be some application for my poor brains, but you convinced me that not anymore :(. (sent you a pm a couple of weeks ago, hope you are not offended -- tapatalk rules). Merry Christmas :D!

EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP??!!!

Now those really are fighting words! Maria, I know you're still upset about that time I sucker punched you and knocked those two teeth out, but you had it coming. I can't take much more of this constant badgering.

This all reminds me of how Brother Bo used to pick on me. He said I was crafty too.

This our 26th Christmas in love with each other. Every year we have drawn a Christmas postcard to mail to anyone who cares. It is always a simple line drawing portraying some important event of the year. Here's a terrible photo of the latest. Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas. Merry and I drove up for the holiday. It's 35 degrees and snowing, but I love it. We will be having Xmas dinner with our neighbors.

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all had an amazing holiday and got to enjoy the real spirit of Christmas.

We put our "Christmas card' (https://www.facebook.com/loghomeassociation/photos/a.10151234849071278.513752.216047601277/10152870447881278/?type=1) on facebook this year :)

My grandmother passed away around 10 years ago at 98 years old iirc. She was a classic second generation Norwegian-American, which meant every Christmas was filled with Christ, love, lefse, krumkake, and lutefisk. She had to quit cooking after a couple of strokes in her late 80's early 90's, which means it has been around 20 years since I've enjoyed some of those delectable holiday dishes.

This year the family had to sit down and crank out some of those Scandinavian treats. Mmmmm. The attached pic brings back a ton of great childhood memories, and I hope to make this connection to our family heritage a part of my son's childhood memories.

LHN... Since rockinlog is away from his computer and sitting right by mine, I can speak for both of us.. "we would care about a postcard" ;) What a loving sentiment to do for 26 years.
