What is the average cost of some of the student homes built? What about land?

I don't know what the point of average cost or average land cost.
I have about 8 to ten thousand to spend on my log home each year. I do not have a mortgage and the land and everything is paid for. We have been working on the log home since 2007. We have done almost everything our selves except felling the trees, roofing, cement finishing, septic installation, propane gas installation and anything that is concerned with 220 or more volts.

I started with forest. I now have a home.
