Where to get logs for a cabin in North Texas?

We are considering builing a cabin in North Texas. We are just at the beginning stages (hoping to take the class soon...). Where would we get logs for the cabin? East Texas pines, maybe? Thanks.

Hey Skinner! Yea, that would be one option. Skip would probably tell you to use, "....anything you can get that is straight, long, and cheap."

I dream of Douglas Fir, but I'll probably never get to use such a species.
