For those that didn't know (just found out myself) both of these stores have military discounts everyday for active duty and retired military.

Yep.

Some places are back to giving the discount, you just have to ask for it. I even found a local do-it-center (mom and pop type) that is cheaper and gives the military discount. I steer away from Home Depot because everytime I've been there, the customer service was terrible.
