    moving logs

    FMIS

I don't pretend to know anything about moving a house, but since you've bought it already, I can't convince you to join LHBA. I would say number the logs using livestock tags (see http://www.loghomebuilders.org/numbering-logs) and take lots of digital pics of critical areas. bring a laptop ans a small (~200W) inverter to the jobsite to view them as needed.

    Good luck.

    Barna is a kit?

I'm going to guess that Barna is a log home kit company, and you need to move and build a kit? I'm afraid that this site is dedicated to the Butt and Pass method using whole, hand-peeled logs in the tight-pinned fashion. So you won't find many people who can help with tips for moving or building a kit home.

You might try here: http://www.lhoti.com/board/ They have lots more experience with this sort of thing.

Sounds snotty, but meant to be constructive

I usually just pass over posts like this one and move on to the next, but . . . . . . .

As a first post, don't you think that maybe sharing a little more information might provide for better results, than your 5 second, caps lock, incomplete sentence?

I know that sounds harsh, but it looks like you were typing to a computer, rather than communicating to a community. We are real, live people on the other side of this forum.

Example, if you ran up to a group of people and screamed exactly what you typed, what sort of response do you believe you might receive?

    Call the logkit builder

Your best bet would be to call the loghome manufacturer, Barna.

    Good Luck.

Sorry this real log home site not a Kit site

    Look, listen and learn
A man who works with his hands is a laborer,
A man who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman,
A man who works with his hands, his head and his heart is an artist.
    St Francis of Assisi.

Sorry this isent a tinker toy kit site like the one you bought.
Its one the kits your need to unscrew all those over priced screws.
Start the top roof and work your way down
And then tear it down one sqware 6 by 6 lego at a time.
Its like playing with legos but your legos cost more.
You need go back your seller builder to get your information.
    Good luck with your toy
