rough time uploading images here, gadzooks, old time stuff.

As Colonel Custer once said, "I shall return." Or was that OJ? I dunno.

But as the late, great Colonel Sanders said, "I'm too drunk to taste this chicken."

    more pics to come.

    I use this: http://imgpond.novarata.net/
It's really simple and offers several display options.

Kola, so good to hear from you. delighted you checked in and you're still living the dream.
full lot or log siding.... it really doesn't matter; you're living the way you want to. that's what matters.

    don't be a stranger.
    you've been missed.

Kola - It's so good to get an update from you. I've always appreciated your perspective and wisdom. I remember eagerly following your 1st foray into teepee living: you first getting your land, building your deck and then your teepee, then your insulating it to make it more livable for the next winter. I didn't get into LHBA because I liked log homes. I found LHBA because I was researching building a home without a mortgage. So I totally appreciate your views on building a small cabin that's not a Skip Ellsworth special. Please keep the updates coming, when it's convenient for you.

    Synopsis:

Everyone should live in a tipi for 2 years. Bare-bones living. Your appreciation for everything will be increased tenfold.

Maybe having a "Tipi Retreat" would be a cool business endeavor. Unless they are too many wimps who wouldn't want to do it ! poke poke.... jk
