This is a picture of our site plan Driveway is shared with the neighbor to the north. It is steep and rough. You need an all wheel or 4 wheel drive to make it up the gravel and washed out areas.

Carriage House/Garage, Log Home, and Septic Field are the other three post its.

We met with the Planning Department and the Health Department. We provided all the required paperwork (they were very helpful). We are waiting to hear back after they do an onsite visit.

Thank you for helping us in this process. I can better see why you should take the class a year or two before you plan/hope to build. All of this takes time.
