Hi there I was wondering if anyone is from BC Canada and if the plans hold up to for a building permit I am planning to take the course and buy the plans but it would be a bummer if the plans dont pass the test of approval and I have to get the plans engineered any way ( which is pretty expensive )
Northern BC here, codes are different up here in Canada
Plan on getting our own design drafted up, in Kelowna, and then Engineered.
Do take the course, you will be happy that you did.
