    Inspiration for newbies

    I found this mentioned in the Alternative Constructions section posted a few years back. I think this article should be a sticky for all the newbies to read. For anyone who wonders if a person can really build their own log home. It was definitely inspirational and reassuring to me that 'Yes' it can be done by one person alone with primitive tools. It just takes time and the drive to go on the journey. She did it all on her own. Truly amazing.

    and even more amazing... she did it twice. the second time she had a bit of help, but she has quite the story to tell. Tragedy into triumph. She has a great website too.
