    Log home owners in Oregon

    Hello everyone,

I'll try this again. Last time I posted I included my phone number so the moderators deleted the post, understandably.

I have always wanted to build a log home, and have been lurking here and at other forums for the better part of a year.

I have purchased a whole shelf of books on log home construction, and am hoping (if possible) to attend the May course for LHBA. I am still about 2 years out from building, and would like to use the time to educate myself as much as possible.

But only so much can be done via books and Internet.

Would anyone here allow my wife and I to come and look at their B&P home? We would like to learn as much as possible.

I live in Clackamas (Portland), Oregon. If anyone is open to it, and lives within a reasonable distance (not Connecticut) please respond either here or in a personal message.

    Thanks in advance!

I am only 4 hours away from you and we'd love to show you folks the ins n outs of how this works. You'll most likely go home just itching to get in that May class. This system works and you'll soon realize that if I can make this work, any fool can.

Rent is free if you want to spend the night, and I'm sure we could rustle up something to eat. I'll PM you later.
Every time I have strayed from the teachings of Skip Ellsworth it has cost me money.

I love the mask mandate. I hardly ever have to bruh my teeth anymore.
