    Farm Land Rental $?

Anyone out there lease their farm land? What would some very undesirable farm land go for per acre, yearly?

I have 35 acres that was soy bean this year, got about $1,000 for it, not much but it helps. keep in mind this is long standing tilled acreage, stuff that needs clearing or isn't easy to work will go for less.

Anyone else? Northman, so about $28 per acre right? That's pretty close to what I was offered, just wanted to make sure it wasn't a lowball offer. Most of my property wouldn't be suitable for any kind of row crop and is mostly wooded. The man seemed fine with that. He is looking for a place for his "piney woods cattle".

I have a few things that might happen... Looks like the farm might make me a little money in 2016!

Pasture/hay land in Kentucky goes at $50 per acre around me. crop land goes at up to $300/acre. there's a formula, it's a percentage of the purchase price per year.
