    I search LandsofNewYork all the time, and saw it yesterday. Went to googlemaps and looked at where it was. Yup, way up north, in between sections of the Adirondack Park or one of the others up there. Went in just now, same search parameters, and don't see it, not even in the Sold section. Sorry folks, don't know why it's gone.

    Buyers made a decent down payment. Financed them for 5 years at $40K.

    WOW. Location Location Location.

    I need to have my wife read this thread. She's balking at paying $3,500 per acre for 29 acres of gently rolling land in South Arkansas with a 3 acre pond, roads with culverts and hundreds of 20 to 30 year old loblolly pines right off paved state highway. Even has utilities at front of the tract. Lots of deer and turkey too. Perfect recreational tract and a couple of nice building spots. It is across the highway from the local airport, but I doubt the 3 commercial flights a day by a single engine Cessna Caravan will be much of a nuisance. Cleared land that's ready to build on goes for $5K/acre here.
