    Yes I saw that but questioned it when they asked for money to support them making it.

    As they say, it'll be revolutionary if it works. We'll have to wait and see how it shakes out. But it does look cool.

    They are on Indie GoGo, a KickStarter-like crowd funding site.

    That's awesome. Will have to pick one up when our house is complete.

    I saw this thing on facebook, with a few internal mechanism pix. I know a gal who runs a non profit that teaches beekeeping and I'm waiting to hear her opinion

    We've got a friend who ordered a couple. We will wait to hear his review before we spring for some.

    Our biggest concern is that our bees struggle enough up here in CO, that they may not have enough spare honey for us to just harvest it with a simple tap. With as much as we like our honey, we'd probably drain the hive in a few days!

    Dan,that's our concern too. As I told the boss, if we have enough floral, then this could be an option.
