Peeling logs, a new concept, very easy.

Here are some pics of my neighbor's pines, notice how they are partially peeled. The peeling tool can also be used to skid the logs. Now, how about that?

I know that LHN would be all over this if he was in the peeling process.

My Gramaw used to wear a girdle. Looks like that's whats going on here.

Kinda self sustain process, ain't it. The log peelers eat the by product from the peeling process, then they skid the logs to the building site, and the only REAL byproduct of the entire process is spread around to promote the fast growth of more trees. On top of that, if the peelers get to acting up, you can bar-BQ the rascals and feed them to a bunch of two-legged peelers at your conventional peeling party. I AM all over that idea, Ivan!

I wonder if you can get them to climb scaffolding, or do you have to drop the tree before they peel any higher?
