San, this won't help you but it will illustrate why we LHBA members do some of the weird things we do.

Have cabin on it now I built, plus a campground, complete with campsites, ranger shack, maintenance shack, just professionally thinned it all for fire prevention and bark beetle, member of NWOA too.
