From CA (Altadena). Currenlty in Los Angeles. YUCK! But it will get me to where I wanna be.
Traverse back and forth via our 95' GMC Suburban Diesel 6.5L Turbo almost 100% bomb proof Burb to the northern part of Idaho/Montana border. We are slowly getting the build going. Survey was done several years ago, $2k. our 6+acre property is paid for thank GOD! we bough back in 1995, clean with small creek and with a tree farm. Only permits needed are elec ($750) done, and if a well, (more likley due shallow wells), septic - might due a alternative system, and a USPS permit for a address and mailbox $10 county $35. No building permits needed. Also a blessing. Anyway, hardworkers and look forward to the build and of course leaving CA!
