Biography:

I grew up in Appalachia and am recently divorced from a 25 yr marriage, finally getting back to who I am and what I like. I love the mountains, the country and have always dreamed of living in a log cabin. Seems like I am like most of the people here - I'm a loner and love nature. I left a hectic corporate job in real estate a few yrs ago, left an unhappy marriage. I am a social worker at heart and beginning a career with meaningful work, teaching high school and college kids with developmental disabilities. I'd like to have a cabin in the nearby NC mountains too. I have two daughters, 3 dogs and several cats, considering a horse or two.
