Log Construction costs

I would like to get some current costs on log home construction (aprox. 5000 sf house). Specifically what reclaimed douglas fir exterior walls would cost including chinking, reinforcing, etc. on a square foot basis. Also what the costs would be for ceiling beams and wrapping steel beams both aprox. 8x8 on a linear foot basis. The proposed project would be near Crested Butte, CO. I realize the numbers will vary depending on details, but if you could give a low to high range on what one should expect. Thanks in advance.
