That's pretty neat. It's like a mini sized system of what I plan on using for the house. With a simple curtain enclosure, that would be a neat remote camp shower, if coupled up to a 12v pump.

nice find pony!

I would be interested in one of these (depending on price).
I couldnt find a price and it looks as though it is only available in Europe.

this is pretty primitive yet functional.

yet this would fit in good with my tipi:

And the shower too..... :D

Hummm.. maybe they need a distributor in the U.S. (for the shower)

Here's a few more that I found. The first one sounds like a Porn site.
(but it's not) Looks like you could buy a cheep sprayer at the garden center and paint it black.

Hey, the Hot Jugs is close to what I'm using!
I use a Coleman single burner white gas stove
to heat my pan of water, and then mix it into
the cold water in my garden sprayer. Did
finally install an indoor fiberglass shower enclosure.
Trying to come up with an idea of how to mount
and insulate the system. Any ideas?

Here's a new solar water heater that supposed to be cheaper that the older roof mounted type. It's should be out in July. Hummm....$2000 for a starter kit. That doesn't sound very cheap to me. :(

I have seen folks just set a black 55 gallon drum up on a hill in the sun and run a hose down to wherever they want the shower, worked great.

You can buy camping solar showers at Walmart I believe which is just a clear plastic bladder that holds about 5 gallons or so and you set it up high and let gravity feed the water.

"We" decided we don't need one of those. Not exactly sure what we were referring to. Smile

I'm building another solar oven. Model #1 worked just
fine but the new one (already started, waiting for the
epoxy) will heat ten gallons to about 200F. on a sunny
day. I just bought a new two gallon weed sprayer.
Works great and...ooooh, I like your shower better!
Well...if it comes with all accessories....
